Shipping policy
Our estimated delivery timeframes for standard items are:
- UK: Delivery 3 – 5 working days from date of order placement.
- International deliveries available on request. Please email shop@theshopatstlaurence.co.uk
You will be notified by email if there are any delays to your delivery.
If your delivery contains an item on pre-order then we will wait for the full order to be assembled before we dispatch.
Delivery charges
- Standard delivery: £3.95
- FREE local delivery within a 2 mile radius of St Laurence Church.
- FREE delivery on UK-only orders over £50.
- Oversized parcel: £5.95
- International delivery:to be advised
- Click & collect available for collection at The Church of St Laurence, Ludlow.
Delivery methods
Standard items are usually sent First Class Royal Mail.
If your order contains items that are valuable, heavy, over-sized or contain alcohol, we will use a tracked service. Your order dispatch confirmation email will show the date your parcel was sent and, if applicable, tracking information.
Delivery restrictions
We are not able to deliver to PO addresses or hotels.

Prices of our products
We will always verify the price of the product before accepting your order to ensure that there aren’t any discrepancies.
All our prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling and will be taken from your account as such.
Items delivered to some countries may be subject to local customs duty or taxes. We are unable to take responsibility for those charges.
